She began her career as an Operations Assistant for a broker, where she gained hands-on knowledge in nearly every part of the process walkthroughs, rentals, appraisals, inspections, showings, and open houses. That role gave her a strong foundation and sparked her drive to work more closely with clients as they take important steps toward homeownership.
With roots in North Jersey and a strong familiarity with Central Jersey, I offers valuable insight into the communities she serves. She is known for her integrity, reliability, and realistic approach, always making sure clients feel supported and informed.
My background in communication, talent acquisition, and even cosmetology has shaped her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Yolanda thrives on helping others reach their goals, whether that means guiding a first-time buyer through the process with patience or helping someone find the home they’ve always dreamed of.
